100% cotton clothing programmes
Every programme below is cut, sewn and finished in our Taizhou plant on cotton fabric we specify ourselves — yarn count, weight, finish and certification named on the tech pack rather than left to a mill. Minimum order quantity starts at 300 pieces per colour on stock-supported knit qualities and 500 pieces on woven and GOTS organic programmes.

Our highest-volume programme. We knit, dye, cut and sew 100% cotton t-shirts for EU and US brands, from lightweight 140 gsm promo tees to heavyweight 260 gsm boxy blanks. Every style is built on a graded size set you own, so reorders repeat exactly.

Fleece programmes are where fabric weight and brushing quality decide the whole product. We run 280–420 gsm 100% cotton fleece and French terry on circular knitting machines dedicated to heavyweight yarns, with controlled raising so the back pile stays even across the roll.

100% Cotton Polo Shirts
A polo lives or dies on the collar. We build pique, interlock and jersey polos with fused, semi-fused or soft-fused collar construction, and we pre-test collar curl and interlining delamination before bulk cutting begins.

Poplin, twill, oxford, canvas and flannel woven from combed cotton in 40s to 120s/2. Cut-make-trim with fused or soft collars and single-needle side seams.

Woven shirts need a different plant to knitwear. We run a dedicated woven line with fusing presses, collar jigs and single-needle stations, and we source combed cotton shirting from 40s poplin up to 120s/2 for premium dress shirts.

Bottoms programmes are heavier, slower and more trim-dependent than tops. We source 240–340 gsm cotton twill and canvas, hold a trim library for zippers and rivets, and run leg-length grading across short, regular and long blocks.

Outerwear is the most construction-heavy category we run. Chore coats, coach jackets and overshirts in 280–400 gsm canvas or twill, with lined or unlined bodies, and seam-sealed or wax-finished options for outdoor brands.

GOTS-certified organic cotton for newborns to 12 years. Product class I under OEKO-TEX, no heavy-metal trims, snap fasteners tested to CPSIA pull-force limits.

Baby clothing is the strictest category in the EU and US. We produce GOTS-certified organic cotton babywear under OEKO-TEX product class I limits, with snap fasteners pull-tested to CPSIA requirements and a full trim declaration on every shipment.

Childrenswear above toddler size is where drawcord and small-parts rules catch most importers out. We design out the risk: no hood drawcords under 12 years, functional cords limited to permitted zones, and small-part pull tests documented per style.

Next-to-skin programmes need soft handfeel and seam comfort, not just fabric. We use combed ring-spun cotton in 160–220 gsm jersey and rib, flatlock seams instead of overlock in high-friction zones, and latex-free elastic that survives 50 home launderings.

100% Cotton Loungewear & Sleepwear
Loungewear sells on handfeel. We run brushed cotton jersey, waffle and brushed poplin in 140–260 gsm, garment-washed for an immediately soft hand, and we record every wash recipe so your reorders feel identical to the approved sample.

Decoration
