We quote against a named fabric. If we cannot source what you specified, we say so and propose an alternative with the difference described in handfeel, weight and cost — not a silent substitution that shows up in your first bulk inspection.

We keep your patterns and shade recipes for repeat orders. A second drop on the same fabric skips knitting and dyeing entirely, which is where most of the calendar sits.

We document before we are asked. Test reports, certificate of origin, fibre composition and care labels, and the cotton traceability dossier travel with the goods rather than following a request.
