Why buying teams move their cotton programmes here

Fabric decided before the needle moves

We knit and source cotton fabric from 140 to 420 gsm and yarn counts from Ne 10 to Ne 60, so the handfeel you approve is the handfeel you receive — not the cheapest substitute a mill can find.

Low MOQ that survives contact with a dyehouse

300 pieces per colour on stock-supported knit qualities, 500 on woven and GOTS programmes. We hold greige and core shades so a small first drop does not get quoted out of existence.

Certification that survives an audit

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, GOTS scope certificate with per-shipment transaction certificates, amfori BSCI and SMETA 4-pillar. Certificate numbers shared before you sample, not after you complain.

Cotton traceability built before production

Gin, spinner, fabric mill and factory records assembled at development stage, so a US Customs UFLPA enquiry can be answered in days. Non-Xinjiang origins nominated on request.

Four programmes, one cotton supply chain

Every programme below is produced in the same plant under the same quality system, so you can consolidate categories without adding suppliers.

Made in China: the part your compliance team actually asks about

Origin is not a label decision, it is a process decision. Knitted garments take their origin from where the panels were knitted to shape; woven garments from where the fabric was cut. We determine origin before bulk starts, issue the certificate of origin and the fibre composition label to EU and US rules, and ship a chain-of-custody dossier covering gin, spinner, fabric mill and garment factory.

  • EU Regulation 1007/2011

Fibre composition labelling in permitted fibre names

  • FTC textile rules

RN number, fibre percentages, care labelling

  • 19 CFR 134

    Knit-to-shape and cut origin determination

  • UFLPA

Rebuttable presumption and the dossier that answers it

  • GPSR & REACH

Product safety and restricted substances for the EU market

  • CPSIA

Childrens product certificate and tracking labels

Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity for 100% cotton garments?

Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per colour for knit programmes and 500 pieces for woven programmes. For organic cotton (GOTS) programmes the MOQ starts at 500 pieces because of the minimum lot size at the spinning and dyeing stage. We also run a development-only route where you can order 30–50 salesman samples before committing to bulk.

Can you supply GOTS-certified organic cotton garments with transaction certificates?

Yes. We hold a valid GOTS scope certificate and issue a transaction certificate (TC) for every organic shipment. The TC covers the exact quantity shipped and is required for your EU organic labelling claim. We can share our most recent TC as a sample before you place an order.

How do you document cotton origin for UFLPA and EU due-diligence requirements?

Every programme ships with a chain-of-custody dossier: gin and spinner names, bale/lot identification, spinning and knitting mill records, fabric and trim invoices, and transport documents. We build the dossier at the development stage, not after shipment, so a US Customs detention can be rebutted within days rather than weeks.

What are your sampling and bulk lead times?

Proto samples take 7–10 days including pattern making. Fit and salesman samples take 10–14 days. Bulk production is 25–35 days after pre-production sample approval, plus 3–5 days for third-party inspection. Air freight to the EU or US adds 5–8 days; sea freight to Rotterdam or Los Angeles is 22–32 days.

Do you work under FOB, EXW or DDP Incoterms?

We quote FOB Ningbo or FOB Shanghai by default, and we regularly ship CIF Rotterdam, CIF Hamburg and DDP to EU and US addresses through our licensed customs broker. All quotations use Incoterms 2020 and state the validity period, usually 30 days from the date of quote.

Ready to develop a 100% cotton programme?
